Part of what your plan covers is the maintenance you never see. Core and plugin updates get applied and checked. Your site is monitored. Backups run on a schedule so there’s always a recent copy to fall back on.
When something needs a decision from you, we’ll reach out. Otherwise it’s handled.
If you ever notice something off with your site, tell us through the request form on your dashboard rather than waiting to see if it resolves. We’d much rather look at something small than find out about it a week later.
BEFORE PUBLISHING: confirm with Chris what our actual backup frequency and monitoring intervals are. The copy above deliberately avoids naming either. If backups genuinely run daily on every site, say so, it’s a stronger post. Do not publish a claim we cannot back up.
